There’s one person that has instilled in me an appreciation for cooking: my mother. During my childhood, I have so many memories of her putting together culinary experiments that were always spectacular.
Today, my cooking is focused on a few areas that I find to be particularly suitable for my palette and dietary goals. For me, I am really interested in recipes that are vegan and ketogenic. Of course, there’s really nothing that compares to the nostalgia that I feel when a particular dish has a south-asian flair to it.
